Communities, professionals and policy makers are invited to explore the challenge of defining and delivering sustainable communities.

UK policy introduced the concept of sustainable communities - as places where people want to live and work. The Scottish Government’s Sustainable Communities Initiative and the recently launched Sustainable Glasgow Initiative are more local examples.
