Hi Tobi

Many thanks for setting this up, and posting the blog about videos etc. - I've been doing a little thinking to run by you!

I think it might help people to get a sense of the value you offer if there is a small case story about the kinds of tailored support you are able to offer fieryspirits community members?

Are there any particular benefits to CAT's support with sustainable living questions over other advice lines? I think that one clear area might be in your teams ability to connect people with other projects that have successfully developed alternative technology solutions.

Often, we can read about 'best practice' (and the upcoming directory will be valuable in this regard), but there is often nothing better than a personal introduction to someone who's been there before who is wiling to do some 'hand holding'... is there a way in which this group could develop with yourself and others on your team actively actively offering a 'match making' service with key people who you know have hard-won experience in implementing some of the advice, who would be willing to join FierySpirits and to share it on this forum?

This is not a prescriptive suggestion, but more a conversation starter...

best wishes
Nick
