What does a successful service transfer organisation look like?

In this our second video on service transfer, we speak to Dai Powell OBE, about his organisation HCT Group.  HCT is a large social enterprise that provides a wide range of publicly funded transport services.  It reinvests its surpluses in ground breaking tranport and community projects.  

We talk to Dai about what HCT do and how they have grown, and then discuss the process of being commissioned to deliver public services.

Over the course of the next week we will share more excerpts from our interview with Dai, looking at issues such as measuring social impact and staffing in transferred organisations.
