In early November, classes from 19 Cornish primary schools planned and hosted tea parties for their 'elders'. They shared stories of their community Christmases past and present. Some people brought old decorations in to show the children, or presents they had received as a child to reflect some of the many differences between Christmas then and now. Each class then created tree decorations to tell the stories they had shared. These decorations are now a key part in Edens Time of Gifts season, with little clusters of trees dotted around the site with the classes carefully crafted decorations on!
