Thanks for your comment. I'll consider what you say about starting a discussion thread on ABCD and co-production.
An event was held recently in Leeds - which unfortunately I was not able to attend - on community development, co-production and health - this event was run by the Yorks and Humber CD Network. Dave Evans, the conference organiser, is, I understand, currently writing up the conference report. When that report appears I'll try to remember to mention it on Fiery Spirits.

Since then, my colleague Nick McGuire from Logan City Council and I have been developing a proposal and discussing possibilities with BALLE (Michael Shuman's Business Alliance for Local Living Economy) about developing a BALLE hub in south east Queensland here in Australia. We're determined to get it off the ground in 2010 one way or another! I notice one of your areas of interest is rural resilience - it's of real interest to me too as I live in a small rural community in a rural shire. Be good to talk with you more about such things. - Debi, hi. I've just realised I promised I'd send you on some background info. about the COTE project when we spoke a month or so ago. Apologies for my forgetfulness. You can retrieve the Floors Castle report from this site. I don't kow if you have access to the Carnegie Internal Communications Hub but if you do, there are two project reports posted up there. At the moment that's the best way for you to access them as otherwise I'll have to trek through to Galashiels to recover my old hard drive! Again, apologies for the delay.
