Welcome! FierySpirits is for activists and professionals who are building vibrant, resilient rural communities. Tell us a little about why you'd like to join?: I work in local government as a neighbourhood manager, and am interested in learning from others about community development initiatives- and also to hopefully share our own experiences. I am an associate of the CoSocial centre of excellence, where our aim is to continually experience, develop and share good practice in social and community development. I hope that Fiery Spriits will provide a link to others and a platform to share thinking and have ongoing dialogue.

About Me (areas of expertise/interest I can share): I have a background in community developmemnt work and am committed to embedding the principles of the approach within the wider workings of local authority. Specifically I am particularly interested in urban contexts, groups of people traditionally more marginalised (gyspy traveller communities, Indigenous people, minority ethnic groups), individual and group capcitiy building journeys, and also the broader understanding and development of community resilience.
