In order to contribute to the vibrancy of rural communities.
About Me (areas of expertise/interest I can share)
I have a background in public art, community education, and more recently, multimedia design and copy writing. I am Communications Director at the Sensory Trust and contribute to much of the writing that the Sensory Trust produces. On our web site I am responsible for most of the things that you find offensive and/or entertaining.

I am co-author and designer of Easy Access to Historic Landscapes produced for English Heritage and the Heritage Lottery Fund, and co-author of By All Reasonable Means, commissioned by the Countryside Agency.

The Root of All Evil

I read an article recently about a bicycle "upcycling" (the sexier added-value marketing version of recycling) operation in Daylesford, Victoria where the author claimed that any technology developed after the Stone Age was to blame for the planet being “in a mess”. This sort of woolly thinking is pretty common amongst the rank and file of the environmental movement, and the article finally prompted me to pull some of it apart for closer inspection.

Eco Town Cornwall

So, Cornwall’s eco town has jumped another hurdle on its way to becoming a reality. What sort of reality will it become? sorry about brief message below !! Too precipitate with mouse!! Have written piece for SOP ...Kirsty suggested posting on main blog site as well. Will have a bash! Taking 3 months plus off from mid May.....exploring our sceptered isle in motorhome...after Oz and NZ we realised we hardly know UK at all.We,ve let our home to holiday makers...fully booked already so heading for life'on da road'....will take laptop so can stay in touch.
