Profile Information

Welcome! FierySpirits is for activists and professionals who are building vibrant, resilient rural communities. Tell us a little about why you'd like to join?
I am interested in discussions around asset mapping and wider asset approaches in relation to my work (I work in an urban setting). Personally I am passionate about environmental justice so am also interested in dialogue around resilience.
About Me (areas of expertise/interest I can share)
I'm currently working on a number of activities in which we are pro-actively working with local people to map and hopefully mobilise community assets - one is around health and wellbeing, one is a Big Local lottery area and another is in relation to Ageing Well work.
My interests are community development, empowering approaches to engaging communities, critical citizenship learning and online social networking and sharing.
