About Me (areas of expertise/interest I can share)
Nick has worked as a part-time veg grower on an allotment-based Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project for 9 years. He helped to set up Stroud Community Agriculture 8 years ago and has since supported several other groups in setting up CSA projects around the UK including a third CSA project in Stroud. He is also developing a Food Hub in Stroud providing a low-cost, internet-based distribution system for local food producers to supply local consumers

Nick’s paid work is as a facilitator of local food projects as part of f3 – a not-for-profit Community Interest Company made up entirely of people providing practical advice based on hands-on experience as food entrepreneurs. f3 has carried out over 150 projects for government departments, regional developments agencies, local authorities, sector support organisations, food and drink producers and community groups. Welcome Nick... it was great to get a sense of your work during the Stroud Communiversity - and there are LOTS of people who will be interested to learn from your experiences in this network - could I suggest you join the 'food' group, and also maybe post a blog saying hello with a brief overview of the foodhub project? I can then flag it to a few folk and we can see where things go... best for now
