first community meeting...

My first entry so not sure if anyone will read this!  I am now 6 wks into my new job in High Bick with 1st community meeting to discuss managing our new build hall on 10th Nov, any tips for meeting everyone on mass for the 1st time?

Congratulations on the new job - I hope the build is going well.  We have quite a few resources here that you might find useful to help organise community meetings (especially if you need to get a plan of action together.)  Mixing up business with some fun seems to work really well - have a look at the ClayFutures film - a bit different to what you are planning to do but there are some good consultation ideas- http://fieryspirits.com/video/clayfutures-effective
