A new publication has been launched by the National CLT Network and the Somerset, Devon and Dorset CLT Project.

'Trust and Association: Partnerships between Community Land Trusts and Housing Associations' is the first publication to focus on the growth of relationships between CLTs and HAs. This guide sets out the experiences of early partnerships and points out the way for others who may wish to follow or improve upon them.
