John Gold here. Live and work in rural South Lanarkshire. I wondered, given you role as Networks Coordinator with Senscot, if you could provide me with any information about Network/ support services for Social Enterprises in South Lanarkshire. Would there be any merit in developing a Network in this area if none currently exists and a need is identified?
I'm also wondering how the LSEN's fit within the proposed new 'single interface' proposals, and the SVA programme, all of which I must confess I'm finding completely confusing!
Any information or assistance greatly appreciated!
Colin! Thanks so much for the gift and the Halloween wishes! I would love to get back on track with you and Manfred on the social capital summer school planning. I totally understand that this summer might be too soon for a pilot. However, I wonder if there's a mutual time/place where you, Manfred and I can sit and plan? When is Manfred's social capital conference in Austria? I can't remember, but perhaps that would be a time when we could come early or stay late and make some plans. Let's discuss! Please give my best to your family, and to Victoria and Anna!
Hi Colin,
Just using networking to its potential, likewise I also enjoyed the DTAS conference made quite a few new contacts. Langholm is looking forward to the programme and hopefully the benefits that come with it. Will check out the website.
looking forward to the opportunity to explore ways of working together... let me know what you make of the site (best read the 'about' sections) and please feel free to invite others who you think might be particularly suited to this network... as well as uploading any videos etc. that might be of interest to folk who are already here...
maybe see you at some events in the future...
best for now
