John Gold here. Live and work in rural South Lanarkshire. I wondered, given you role as Networks Coordinator with Senscot, if you could provide me with any information about Network/ support services for Social Enterprises in South Lanarkshire. Would there be any merit in developing a Network in this area if none currently exists and a need is identified?

I'm also wondering how the LSEN's fit within the proposed new 'single interface' proposals, and the SVA programme, all of which I must confess I'm finding completely confusing!

Any information or assistance greatly appreciated!

Colin! Thanks so much for the gift and the Halloween wishes! I would love to get back on track with you and Manfred on the social capital summer school planning. I totally understand that this summer might be too soon for a pilot. However, I wonder if there's a mutual time/place where you, Manfred and I can sit and plan? When is Manfred's social capital conference in Austria? I can't remember, but perhaps that would be a time when we could come early or stay late and make some plans. Let's discuss! Just using networking to its potential, likewise I also enjoyed the DTAS conference made quite a few new contacts. Langholm is looking forward to the programme and hopefully the benefits that come with it. Will check out the website.
