One World Festival, Derry/Londonderry 2009

Organised by Carnegie RARP partners SEEDS (www.seeds.ie) the One World Festival was held in Derry/Londonderry in May. The sunny day brought large crowds of people to the Foyle Street venue for food, music and dance. Groups from Poland, Hungary, India, Spain and Iran entertained young and old throughout the afternoon. This festival is just part of the great support SEEDS is providing through their One World Centre which promotes integration by responding to the needs of the growing number of new citizens and migrants to the North West of Ireland region.
